Books: It's an addiction...
Sep. 25th, 2010 08:18 amMost of my jeans are falling apart and I haven't bought myself new clothes since spring. And yet, I buy books instead of clothes.
Went to Hyde Bros. (the awesomest used/rare bookstore in existence of all of space, time, and the universe) and FINALLY found a copy of Anno Dracula by Kim Newman, as well as a first US hardback edition of Good Omens (first eds. are srs bsns, okay?) and Pat O'Shea's The Hounds of the Morrigan. I have a copy of Good Omens somewhere, but (1) it's paperback and (2) it's actually my sister's so there's a good possibility that she has it (she has...three(?) copies of the book).
And I still have yet to find Roger Zelazny's A Night in the Lonesome October, which is an amazingly hard to find book. My heart pines, especially with October approaching in less than a week.
