I KNOW RIGHT?! I don't care if another store supposedly gives you back cash even if you paid with a gift card or didn't pay for it or whatever, I actually think you're lying, but I'm getting paid very little to smile at you and not tell you you're an idiot.
Actually, at my store, if people pay with their debit card and choose debit rather than credit, when we do returns it comes back as cash. But then I get people who want it to go back to their account. Because cash is so difficult to deal with? IDEK.
