I work in Customer Service in a department store, and WORD! Also, I DON'T CARE WHAT OUR FUCKING COMMERCIALS SAY, IT'S 100X EASIER TO DO A RETURN IF YOU KEEP YOUR RECEIPT.
I guess I've got it pretty good though; I've only been mobbed on Black Friday and I had a counter to separate me from the crazies.
