Cheering?! How horrible! And I was mad at the girl who kept moving and making her chair squeak! I can say no one cheered at mine. It saddens me to know the whole point of the books/movie was lost on at least one group.
I agree with your review though. I felt an emotional disconnect with the movie compared to the book, but otherwise they did a *fantastic* job adapting it. I thought the use of commentators was a clever way to impart information we got from Katniss in the books.
